Customer Grievance Redressal Policy

Last updated 3 September 2026

MAMMOTIX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“BharatCaller”) is committed to resolving the concerns of every client and freelancer promptly and fairly. This policy explains how to raise a grievance about the BharatCaller Platform, who handles it, and the timelines within which you can expect a response.

It is aligned with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the grievance-redressal requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and complements our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. What you can raise

You may raise a grievance about any aspect of the Platform, including engagements and milestones, staged payments and refunds, connects and fees, account verification, reviews and ratings, the handling of your personal data, or the conduct of another user.

2. Tier 1 — Support

Start by contacting our support team. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

  • Email: support@bharatcaller.com
  • Phone: +91 9004825566
  • Please include your account email, the engagement or “GLD-” receipt reference, and a clear description of the issue with any supporting screenshots.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and work to resolve straightforward issues as quickly as possible.

3. Tier 2 — Grievance Officer

If your complaint is not resolved at Tier 1, or you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer, who is the designated officer under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the point of contact for data-protection grievances under the DPDP Act, 2023.

4. Response and resolution timelines

  • Acknowledgement — within 48 hours of receiving your complaint at any tier.
  • Resolution — we aim to resolve every grievance within a reasonable period, and in any case within 30 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection Rules.
  • Data-protection complaints — grievances about your personal data are handled by the Grievance Officer within the same timelines.
  • If we need more information from you, the timeline pauses until you provide it; we will tell you what we need.

5. Further escalation

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may pursue the remedies available to you under applicable Indian law. For consumer disputes, this includes the National Consumer Helpline and the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions. For complaints about the handling of your personal data that remain unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
