A flat 10% on earnings — and the math is right there
The service fee is a flat 10% of the agreed contract value, deducted from each installment as it is released. There is no sliding scale and no separate withdrawal fee — you always know your take-home before you accept.
On a ₹50,000 contract, that is ₹5,000 to BharatCaller and ₹45,000 to you, settled across the three stages.

- What exactly are connects?
- Connects are proposal credits. Each job you apply to costs a small number of connects — higher-budget or high-demand jobs cost a little more. This keeps proposals intentional, so clients read a shortlist of scoped replies instead of a hundred copy-paste pitches. Every new freelancer starts with a free monthly allowance.
- How much does BharatCaller take from what I earn?
- A flat 10% service fee on the agreed contract value — the same rate whether you bill ₹5,000 or ₹5,00,000. The fee is deducted from each installment as it is released, so what you see quoted is what you keep after the 10%.
- How does the 10 / 50 / 40 split work?
- Every contract is paid in three stages: 10% at kickoff once scope and rate are agreed, 50% at the midpoint when the core work is under way, and 40% on delivery after the work is reviewed and accepted. Each stage is a Razorpay payment the client approves, so progress and payout stay in step.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. Freelancers pay for connects and the 10% service fee — nothing else. There are no listing fees, no withdrawal charges, and no monthly subscription. Clients pay the agreed contract amount plus applicable GST; posting a job and reviewing proposals is free.
- Do clients pay to post a job?
- No. Posting a job, receiving proposals, and running the AI rate negotiation are free for clients. You only move money once you agree a contract, and then only in the staged 10 / 50 / 40 installments you approve.
- What about GST and invoicing?
- All pricing is in INR. GST is applied where applicable and itemised on every receipt. Contracts and payouts are invoiced through Mammotix Tech Private Limited, so your accounts team gets clean, India-compliant paperwork for each installment.
